Worryingly I expect this is a rather accurate take on UK government and how they can only seem to fuck everything up. "Malcolm" is a legend and without him it wouldnt be worth watching.

This is movie version of the TV show In The Cut, and while it is a political comedy, most of it is easily understood. Peter Capaldi totally steals the show here. Some of his lines are simply outstanding.
