So fucking fake this film its funny..some of the disaster footage is amazing but the whole film is just fucking pathetic..its worth watching just to buzz of it.

Thoroughly rue the day I wasted Ł7.50 watching this piece of shit movie. It just refused to end, I felt the rage building as the film just went on and on...Only good thing is the special effects.

Think of Indiana Jones 'vs' Deep Impact, are u thinkin? Can't do it can ya? This is why this movie doesn't really work that well. If you do a movie about the end of the world and include some of the best Tsunami/Volcano/Earthquake scenes I've ever seen, then please, keep it serious! Don't have unqualified amateur pilots flying planes under falling skyscrapers and floating trains! Bit of a shame.

This film is just ridiculously unrealistic, so much so that it's offensive. It's also way too long, at 158 minutes, although some of the disaster footage is incredible. It might be worth watching just for that alone, but I assure you, you will not watch this film for a second time, ever again. And at a cost of $260m, no less.
