Now even tho I'm a massive Terminator fan I just wasn't looking forward to this, I was, however, very pleasanty surprised.. The fact that Terminator 1+2 were so good and that 3 was so bad I can't even watch it all the way thru, would make u believe that this edition would ultimately follow suit and just be thrown together for more box office robbery.. In fact its a superbly filmed and well put together Sci Fi blast.. Actings not bad either, bring on the next one I say..

We all know Terminator and T2 where utter classics, movies that defined a generation, both worth the weight of a T800 in gold. T3 on the other hand should of been hushed up by hollywood, like some half breed mutant of some starlet instead of being released to degrade the good name of the Terminator. This one on the other hand isnt to bad at all, back to the winning formula you could say. Bit obvious what was happening etc but the big fuck off terminators did make me go 'cccooooooollllll'.

I liked this, it's a good addition to the Terminator family, unlike Terminator 3, which is without doubt the ugly duckling. It's the small details that I like; the little nuances of realism that make you believe that it's all possible, and the clever ways it's linked in to previous Terminator films. Plenty of badass killer robots, explosions and chases, which are the key ingredients to a good action film.
