The original Avatar and, indeed, this one, are the sort of film that you have to see in the cinema. There's almost no point watching it at home. I mean, obviously, there is. But, you know, just go the fucking cinema, you lazy, cheap bastard. The visuals are stunning and some of the scenes are mind-blowing. The rest is alright too, but it's just so damn long. So damn long, in fact, that I wonder if I'll ever watch it again. And the theme of the whole film is how important family is and how they never give up on each other, so unless you're in a perfectly happy family with a great partner who you love dearly, it may trigger you. So if that's the case, maybe just watch Rocky 4 again.
