Fire of Love (2022) - 7/10
I'm surprised I'd never heard of these people before. I'm into mad bastards and these were mad bastards of the highest degree. Some of the footage they shot of volcanoes is just incredible. A couple of times during this documentary I actually said "What the fuck!" out loud, to no-one, because I was watching it by myself, as I do with most things, but enough about my sad little life. The Kraffts absolutely didn't have a sad life; the opposite, in fact. And you know what, they didn't have a sad death either. If they could have picked all the ways to go, I bet they'd have picked the one they ultimately got. It's just a shame the footage they captured whilst dying didn't survive. I bet it would have been one hell of a send off.
