Better Man (2024) - 6/10
This is basically Planet of the Apes: Live at Knebworth, with a sprinking of daddy issues, partying, grief, and regrets. We'd all have been forgiven for thinking that a musical about the life of a CGI ape being narrated by Robbie Williams sounds stupid, but, well, it sort of works. Personally I couldn't give a shit about Robbie Williams' life but this was interesting enough, and some of the choreography is superb. Plus, he's literally banged many of the pop stars I fancied growing up, so he deserves a degree of respect for that, I suppose. Gary Barlow though; what a cock.
