Based on the true story of how Jim Carroll, a promising basketball player from Manhatten, went from nailing fit blondes and smoking a bit of weed to becoming a dirty smack rat, who would do anything for the next hit. Basically a kid version of Requiem for a Dream, so if you enjoyed that you might like this. It's not as good but the message is the same; drugs will fuck up your shit.
