The idea for this film is ace. The police know when you're about to commit a crime and stop you before you have a chance. If this was real though, I can't help but think that the ever-racist poh-lice would abuse it slightly, "Sir, by mandate of the District of Washington Precrime Division, I'm placing you under arrest for the grand theft auto of that there vehicle." "Is this a joke? I'm the President of the United States, and 'that there vehicle' is Airforce One!" "I'm sorry, Mr Obama, but I don't make the rules. Get in the van."
