This is about how if you take too many drugs you'll turn into a young black criminal. No, hang on; that's not right. It's about a flawed system that is more about getting good stats, raising money & winning votes than it is about actually doing good. The War on Drugs is about preventing a symptom of the problem, not the problem itself. It's like stapling the mouth of a Tourette's sufferer shut, rather than dealing with the actual cause, resulting in lots of frustration & plenty of muffled fucks.
