The story we all know well told in a big bad ass budget kinda way.. I actually went twice to the cinema to see this and I'm not afraid to say.. Looks amazing and the love shit throughout is easily ignored, just make a brew when it gets soppy..

I'm sure if this came out now and I watched it tonight I'd think it was a piece of shit. I'd also think that the lead female role was an overweight, middle aged woman and therefore poorly cast. However, back in the day when I first saw Titanic I happened to be in love with Kate Winslet, and therefore both enjoyed the film, and despised Leo Di Caprio for getting to fake-sex her in the movie. The one major downfall being that I knew the ending before it began.
